Sharene Lee Satti has been running female only open mic nights at City Library as part of her Changemaker activity to bring people together throug arts and culture. The sessions have been really well attended and appreciated by people taking part. The sessions offer women with space and an opportunity to engage in poetry. People attending are supported in their love of creative writing and poetry and the sessions offer a platform for people to perform no matter if they've never done it before.
