privacy notice

A Privacy Notice is a statement that describes how we collect, use, retain and disclose personal information which we hold. It is sometimes also referred to as a Privacy Statement, Fair Processing Statement or Privacy Policy.

The Leap is the Creative People and Places programme for Bradford & Keighley. If you make an application to The Leap for support, we will ask for a range of information about you. We request sufficient details for our administrative processes. This will include your name, address, contact details, and an explanation of the project you would like support for. If you are given support we will need financial information, including your bank account details in order to make payments to you and fulfil contractual requirements. We will hold this information for six years in line with statutory rules before destroying it confidentially.  It may be necessary to keep relevant information longer than this if a funding stakeholder requires it. We will notify you in writing if this is the case.
