the leap festival awards are for people who want to create or develop a new or emerging Festival unique to their community. it could be a two-day festival or an afternoon in your local park, as long as it is created with and for your community we want to hear from you.
you can apply for upto £6,000 to create your own festival.
about this programme
The Leap Awards support projects that are for the benefit of people and places that are least engaged in arts and culture. Our Awards are for projects that are unique to Bradford and Keighley. The Leap aims to get more local people shaping and leading arts and cultural projects within their communities and the district. You don't have to be part of an organisation, or a professional artist to apply.

monitoring and evaluation
You will be required to provide The Leap (and/or our partners) with data, monitoring and evaluation information for your project, so that we can share this with our funders. Collecting data is an extremely important part of project management. Data can be used to track whether the aims of the project have been a success, or whether it needs to be adapted and improved in the future to achieve the intended aims.
