using the brand toolkit
By using any of The Leap’s, logos, designs or assets, you accept and agree to comply with the terms set forth in the Brand Toolkit. You further acknowledge that The Leap may take action against unauthorised or infringing use or use that does not conform to the Brand Toolkit.
The Leap is the sole owner of the each element within the Brand Toolkit.
You will not use The Leap Brand Toolkit in any way that implies that The Leap has sponsored or endorsed your project without prior agreement.
You will not harm, misuse, disparage, or dilute The Leap’s Brand Toolkit or tarnish The Leap’s goodwill in them. Examples of misuse include: altering authorised colour schemes and/or fonts, rescaling, obscuring, animating or otherwise distorting or mutilating The Leap’s assets.
The Leap may modify the Brand Toolkit or revoke permission to use the The Leap Brand Toolkit at any time.
Except for the limited right to use the The Leap Brand Toolkit for the specified purposes under the Brand Toolkit, no other rights are granted, by implication or otherwise.
